Bharat Roots aims to deliver quality agriculture, nursery and gardening products. Returns and refund requests are reviewed based on product type and issue reported.
Eligible Cases
Returns or replacements may be considered for wrong products, damaged packaging, missing items or delivery of unusable goods, subject to verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable plants, opened seed packets, used organic inputs and used tools may not be eligible for return unless the issue is reported immediately after delivery.
Refund Process
Approved refunds may be processed after review of the order details and product condition. For COD orders, the support team may request bank or UPI details for refund processing.
